OUR PROCESS
Our process starts with a quick form to capture your event coordination & planning needs. By sharing what you need assistance with for your special day, we can craft a personalized package for you!

STEP 1: EVENT COORDINATION & PLANNING FORM
Kindly complete the form below to confirm the availability of your event date. Don’t forget to include your Pinterest link for inspiration! We’ll contact you via email to inform you whether your desired date is available or if we have any questions.

STEP 2: BOOK WITH IN FULL BLOOM MI
Within one week of your initial consultation, we will let you know if we are available on your event date. If available, we will provide you with a detailed quote for your event coordination & planning package. To secure your date, a 25% non-refundable deposit and signed booking contract (that we will send to you once quote is finalized) are required. We accept all major credit cards, as well as cash, checks, & Venmo. Once your booking is confirmed, we’re happy to accommodate any changes to your proposal as needed!

STEP 3: FINAL PAYMENT & CONSULTATION
We’ll schedule a follow-up session about four weeks before your event to finalize all the details. We’ll send you an email reminder to help you book this!

Your remaining balance will be due one month prior to the event, and you can make any changes up until that time. We will finalize your event details at the time of this consultation. Feel free to reach out via email or phone anytime leading up to your event!​
