You can choose to pick up your bouquet or have it delivered on Monday or Friday. Please note that the flowers we select will depend on what is blooming at the time, so we cannot guarantee specific types of flowers or color schemes.

PICKUP/DELIVERY:
You can choose to either pick up your item at our location at 14780 Corunna Road, Chesaning, MI 48616, or have it delivered. Delivery or pickup is offered on Monday or Friday.

Delivery: We offer delivery to the Chesaning area and zip code 48616. After you purchase your subscription, and select the delivery option, we will contact you to confirm if delivery is available to your location. Please note that purchasing delivery through the website does not guarantee service. An additional fee will apply for delivery. If we deliver the flowers, please ensure that someone is available to accept the flowers, or that there is a safe, protected location where they can be left.
Pickup: The pickup day will remain the same throughout your subscription. We understand that schedules can change, so if you need to adjust your pickup day due to a conflict, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled pickup.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY:
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the items we sell, we do not offer refunds or returns on bouquets. If you are dissatisfied with your weekly bouquet subscription, please feel free to contact us and share your concerns.
