GETTING STARTED WITH

If one of the paths doesn’t quite fit your needs, we’re happy to create a custom package just for you! The paths below aren’t set packages—they’re simply examples to give you an idea of what could be included in the path you choose. Final pricing will be determined based on the specific inclusions outlined in your custom quote.

SET UP AND/OR TEAR

DOWN OF DECOR

One, one hour meeting, two weeks prior to wedding date to discuss decoration set-up and/or tear-down
Set-up of ceremony and reception decorations provided by bride and groom or In Full Bloom MI
AND/OR Tear-down of all event decorations

Does not include set up of:

Tables
Chairs
Linens
Plates

Silverware
Napkins
Buffet table

If In Full Bloom is NOT the florist, In Full Bloom will determine if floral from an outside florist can be set up within this package

5+ hours of event coordination

Starting one year prior to wedding date (or sooner depending on engagement length)
Frequent meetings and contact to assist with to-do tasks on your checklist

Final payment of vendors at end of the night

We will be closed from Monday, October 20th - Monday, November 10th for vacation. We will respond to any messages once we return.

Our process starts with a quick form to capture your wedding coordination & planning needs. By sharing what you need assistance with for your big day, we can craft a personalized package for you!

STEP 1: WEDDING COORDINATION & PLANNING FORM

Kindly complete the form below to confirm the availability of your wedding date. We’ll contact you via email to inform you whether your desired date is available. In the form you are able to select a package or opt for a custom package quote. Each wedding has different needs and we are happy to help however we can!

STEP 2: BOOK A CONSULTATION

After we receive your initial event coordination & wedding planning form, we’ll send you an email to schedule a consultation (if needed) with one of our team members. If you’re unable to meet, we’re more than happy to start the custom package creation via email!

STEP 3: BOOK WITH IN FULL BLOOM MI

Within one week of your initial consultation, we will let you know if we are available on your wedding date. If available, we will provide you with a detailed quote for your wedding coordination & planning package. To secure your date, a 25% non-refundable deposit and signed booking contract (that we will send to you once quote is finalized) are required. We accept all major credit cards, as well as cash, checks, & Venmo. Once your booking is confirmed, we’re happy to accommodate any changes to your proposal as needed!

STEP 4: FINAL CONSULATATION

We’ll schedule a follow-up session about four weeks before your wedding to finalize all the details. We’ll send you an email reminder to help you book this!

Your remaining balance will be due one month prior to the event, and you can make any changes up until that time. We will finalize your event details at the time of this consultation.
